Dipl.-Psych. Andreas Brandl

Psychologist & Developer of the Lao An System®

Change begins where perception becomes precise.

The Lao An System (LAS) provides a direct approach to physical and psychological processes—through perception, breath, and inner organization.

I am a licensed psychologist with many years of clinical experience.

For many years, I have explored the therapeutic potential of principles found in the internal martial and healing arts of China.

The insights gained through this work now inform both my school and my therapeutic practice.

The Lao An System® opens a new way of relating to one’s own body — and beyond that, to the deeper organizing principles behind movement, perception, and effect.

Even subtle changes in perception, breathing, and inner organization can produce tangible effects
in pain, tension, strength, stability, and emotional state.

The methods are suited both to rehabilitation and to active prevention — and their relevance extends far beyond training itself.

In a safe and respectful setting, I guide students and clients toward a more refined body awareness and a new relationship to their own strength.

Those who are willing to explore this work do not merely gain conceptual understanding of the relationship between body, mind, and energy —
they begin to experience and apply it directly.

If you feel ready to take the next step, that path begins here.
