I prefer being contacted via email or WhatsApp. Through an email inquiry (see contact form below), you can reserve a spot in seminars, receive further information, request individual appointments and order your tickets for participation in weekly LAS Training session.

I offer my services only for self-paying clients.
You can order ticket packages (see above) and use the tickets flexibly over time.
Each training session = 1 ticket.
The core time for each group training session is 90 minutes.
In every session, new connections are explained, exercises are introduced, and familiar exercises are deepened.
You can join at any time, but you must not appear without prior notice (via email, WhatsApp, or phone contact).
I reserve the right to refuse participants without providing any reason.
Purchased tickets are valid for 1 year. No refunds for unused tickets.

In dieser Schule hat die körperliche und psychische Gesundheit oberste Priorität.
Personen mit aktuellen Impfreaktionen, Infekten oder unklaren körperlichen Symptomen
(Fieber, Schwindel, Erschöpfung, Druckgefühl, Herz- oder Atembeschwerden) nehmen für 7–14 Tage nicht am Training teil.
Die Entscheidung über Trainingsfähigkeit erfolgt individuell, im Zweifel nach ärztlicher Rücksprache.
Nach vollständiger Erholung und symptomfreier Phase kann wieder am Gruppentraining teilgenommen werden.
